BOIMANDA MODERN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED was established and incorporated on 19th of March 1997 under the company’s ordinances Cap. 212 as a Limited Company by shares.

Registration with the contractors Registration Board (CRB) CLASS III in Civil and Buildings works.

The establishment of the company is way back in 1997 and is a result of works undertaken and remarkable achievement made by the key staff’s works in different construction and consulting companies.
